Directions: The house sits on top of a hill on a narrow one-lane road and is shared by cars going in both directions. Safety: For your security, surveillance cameras are installed at the front doors and on the driveway area. These are exterior-facing only and it records audio and video. Maintenance: A gardener will access the exterior of the house every Tuesday. A pest control technician also services the exterior of the house every other month. These services do not require access to the interior of the home.

The house is in a Very High Fire Hazard zone. • No shoes inside the property • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays • No extra/overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged with us ahead of time) • No moving/rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, etc. • No pre-check in bag storage (only possible when available upon request, and for a fee) • No disrespecting/disturbing neighbors • No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you • No loud noise or music past 10 PM
