Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire unit as well as free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living and master bedroom, garage and driveway parking, and free to use washer and dryer. Outside, guests have access to the backyard patio with furniture to lounge on. Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit. Our property uses a keypad with timed electronics locks for the front door. You will be sent the directions and codes for access before your arrival.

This was our second time staying at Pris & Tom’s. My family and I enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful backyard. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a cute setup that we enjoyed. They were very responsive and allowed us early check in due to construction going on at our home.

This was a great home, comfortable, great surroundings, beautiful view of both LA and the Hollywood hills. Close to Disneyland, Universal and everything that LA has to offer. The home was well stocked and we loved the little coffee bar in the game room. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and make our vacation extra special

We have stayed here two years in a row and my family loves it. Plenty of things to do to keep the family entertained. Loved the game room and the backyard! Plenty of room in the house. Host is very responsive and helpful. Feels like a home away from home.

Tive um problema com a outra casa do Airbnb e Pris e Tom foram solícitos desde o primeiro contato. Tenho a certeza que Deus os colocou em nosso caminho. Sua casa É A MELHOR QUE FICAMOS EM LOS ANGELES… limpa, grande tem tudo que uma família precisa desde uma churrasqueira até carro de massagem.. se vc está vindo pra LA ( AQUI E O SEU LUGAR) para ficar!!!!

Getting around is easy. There are plenty of shops within a 2 mile radius. There is 2 parking spaces inside the garage and another 2 parking spaces on the driveway. There is a Tesla supercharging station down the street less than a mile away. Very convenient!
