There is a $1,000 fine for smoking inside (only permitted outside the house). • No shoes inside the property • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays • No extra/overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) • No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged with us ahead of time) • No moving/rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) • No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, etc. • No pre-check in bag storage (only possible when available upon request, and for a fee) • No disrespecting/disturbing neighbors • No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you • No loud noise or music past 10 PM

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire unit as well as free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living and master bedroom, garage and driveway parking, and free to use washer and dryer. Outside, guests have access to the backyard patio with furniture to lounge on. There is also a dining table for 6 and BBQ grill! Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit. Our property uses a keypad with timed electronics locks for the front door. You will be sent the directions and codes for access before your arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home while visiting our college student. Pris and Tom were wonderful hosts, very communicative, responsive and flexible! Their home is fully equipped and comfortable. The private backyard with fire pit, pool table and outdoor seating was a huge plus. We definitely hope to stay here again.
